- Doyle Betsill- Doyle is CEO for Betsill Brothers Holding Company (BBHC). With over 35 years of residential and commercial contracting experience, Doyle is responsible for strategic planning and neighborhood development. His previous experience includes project management for D.R. Custom Homes, a large National homebuilder. Doyle currently serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity and is past President of the Maui Contractors Association.

- Dwayne Betsill- Dwayne is President of Betsill Brothers Holding Company (BBHC) Hawaii Division. With over 26 years of construction experience in residential and commercial building. Dwayne is responsible for the administrative and finance duties of the organization. He has a Masters of Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas with sixteen years of teaching, training and counseling which qualifies him to oversee all personnel. He is presently the Chairman of the Grants Review Committee for the County of Maui.

- Randy Betsill- Randy is President of Betsill Brothers Holding Company (BBHC) Texas Division. With over 24 years experience in residential and commercial buildings in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Alaska and Hawaii. Randy is responsible for operations and finance of our Texas Division. He holds a B.A. in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Randy is a licensed civil engineer in Texas and served as a project manager/state engineer for the FAA and as a private engineering consultant.

- Erik Leuteneker- BBC hired Erik as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial aspects of our organization. Prior to joining Betsill Brothers Construction, Erik was a Vice President working for Wells Fargo Bank providing financial services to large real estate developers and real estate operating companies. Erik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and a MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.

- Brad Meade- BBC hired Brad as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operations side of our organization. From 1987 through 2004 Brad occupied a number of managerial positions, including Vice President, Division Manager, and General Manager, with Roebbelen Contracting in El Dorado Hills, California. Brad has a BS in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.

- Gary Zakian- As general counsel and BBC's vice president of land use management, Gary advised compliance standards for Federal, state and county land use, including general plan, local development plans, zoning laws, environmental impact statements, and historical and cultural district requirements. Gary was formerly the deputy corporation counsel for Maui County for nine years and practiced private law. He holds a law degree from McGeorge Law School at the University of the Pacific and a master's degree in divinity from Concordia Seminary.

- Allen Yap- Allen is the senior vice president and principal broker at Clearly Maui, responsible for procuring development property and overseeing all sales. He has over 20 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, including leading his own brokerage in the late 1990´s. Allen is a certified commercial investment member of the National Institute of Real Estate.

- Dennis Boehlje- Dennis performs as the land use and project planner responsible for working with designers and government agencies to develop and facilitate project plans. He has over 30 years experience in the private and public sectors in land use planning, real estate development and sales. Dennis holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Iowa and a master's degree in city planning from the University of California, Berkeley.

- Darryl Banks- As construction manager, Darryl oversees all construction superintendents and project managers. Darryl possesses over 30 years of construction experience and has managed projects in excess of $33 million.
